The Three Phases
Phase One
Spatial Planning & Technical Design
This phase establishes the technical and spatial foundations of your renovation. It ensures your home functions beautifully before aesthetic decisions are introduced.
Includes:
- Review of the property and renovation objectives
- Measured site visit
- Spatial planning and layout development
- Up to 2 dimensioned floorplan layout options
- Electrical and lighting plans
- Up to 2 round of revisions
Ideal for:
Clients seeking clarity before building works commence.
Investment:
From £600 per room* (or natural room combination if full floors considered)

Phase Two
Full Interior Design Development
With the technical framework approved, we develop a cohesive and detailed interior scheme.

- Coordinated design decisions across agreed spaces
- Project cost estimates
- Physical material sample board
- 3D Photorealistic visuals

Phase Three
Implementation, Sourcing & Project Oversight
This phase carries design responsibility through to completion for clients seeking a fully led, end-to-end service.
We manage sourcing, logistics and coordination, allowing clients to remain informed without managing day-to-day detail.
This phase includes:
- Product sourcing and supplier coordination
- Order consolidation
- Centralised delivery checking and storage
- Liaison with trades
- Ongoing design oversight through installation
Investment:
Implementation services are provided on an hourly basis, supported by a minimum project commitment covering order consolidation, storage and logistics management.
Bespoke Joinery Design
Bespoke joinery can be integrated into any project phase and is designed specifically for the space, its function and the overall aesthetic of the home. It can also be commissioned as a standalone design service.
Includes:
- Internal configuration planning
- Detailed elevations
- Finish and hardware specification
- Cost estimate coordination
- Documentation suitable for contractor pricing
Investment:
Standalone joinery design from
£780 per item.
Fabrication and installation are quoted separately.

You receive a detailed proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Once approved, your project is formally scheduled and assigned within our studio calendar.
03 — Design Development
We guide you through planning, concept creation, documentation and specification — aligned to the phase you have commissioned.
04 — Implementation & Oversight
Where commissioned, we manage procurement, coordination and installation — ensuring the finished result reflects the approved design in every detail.
